CranioSacral Therapy

Helping your body release physical and emotional

tension, returning to a state of balance

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the body and its subtle rhythms. It takes a whole-person approach, recognising that physical experiences, emotions and the way we hold tension and trauma can all be interconnected.

Through light touch, I work with areas of tension and restriction, allowing space for the body to soften and unwind.

CranioSacral Therapy can be received by people of all ages. I also work with women during pregnancy and after birth, as well as babies and young children.

Sessions are gentle and non-invasive, and many people find them deeply relaxing.

What to expect in your craniosacral appointment?

Your first consultation

Sessions are gentle, fully clothed, and deeply relaxing...

We begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. You will then lie comfortably on a treatment couch (or sit if preferred), while I use light touch to listen to your body’s subtle rhythms and identify areas that may be holding tension or imbalance. This process encourages the body to release restrictions and restore a sense of ease and flow.

During the session, you may feel deeply relaxed, and it’s not uncommon to drift into sleep. Some people notice subtle sensations such as warmth, lightness, tingling or a gentle release of tension. Emotional responses can also arise, which are a natural part of the body’s healing process.

Each session is guided by your body, working at a pace that feels right for you.

Your follow-up

Cranial Sacral Therapy continues to gentle unfold in the body, for another 3 - 4 days following your session. CST appointments can be as regular as weekly or monthly, or as and when you feel a session would be beneficial.

Every follow up starts with a review of how you have been so I can specifically tailor every treatment you receive.

On occasion, I may incorporate a homeopathic remedy into a treatment where I feel it is appropriate. I find the two approaches can complement one another beautifully.

Whether you're dealing with something recent or something you've been experiencing for a long
