My name is Katy and I am a Homeopath and CranioSacral Therapist, practising in the New Forest and remotely.

Homeopathy and CranioSacral therapy are holistic approaches to health care that treat the whole person as a unique individual. These forms of therapies are natural, non-toxic and suitable for everyone for both acute and chronic conditions.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment and truly listen. By listening to your story, we can unpack the causes of disharmony and utilise your choice of treatment to rebalance and restore you to optimal health. Homeopathy and CranioSacral therapy work to stimulate the body's own innate healing intelligence. I deeply trust in everybody's own amazing wisdom to heal. After a single session, you'll start to see changes in your body, mind and energy levels.

Homeopathy

In homeopathy we treat the person rather than the disease. Symptoms, feelings and how you experience them are very important in pointing towards your constitution and building a picture of homeopathic remedies that will resonate with you.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) sessions involve a hands-on body treatment using gentle touch in a calm and quiet manner. This engages with the body's rhythmic motion, which is expressed like ocean tidal waves. CST encourages your body into relaxed stillness and thus stimulates your system's own healing forces.
