Hi, I'm Katy...

I have been fortunate to grow up near the sea and the New Forest. After spending over a decade working in the finance industry and living a hectic life in London, I have come back home to my roots. I realised my true passion was in holistic medicine after experiencing a spiritual awakening in 2015 induced by homeopathy. This lead me on a journey in learning two beautiful therapies, Homeopathy and CranioSacral Therapy.

My intention as a homeopath and craniosacral therapist is to utilise these tools to bring you into your optimum potential. I believe every person has a special purpose and wonderful gifts to share and I thoroughly enjoy listening to everyones story in order to support and tap into each persons unique core.

In my free time I enjoy many activities to keep my vibration high, especially walking my dog Austin in the forest or by the sea. Austin is a "velcro" cockapoo who loves to assist me whilst I am working, mostly by sleeping in his bed! He is a well behaved healing dog, although if you would prefer not to have him attend your sessions please do let me know. Professional Training

Homeopathy Licentiate

I qualified in 2018 from the Centre for Homeopathic Education (CHE) and am fortunate to have been taught by world leading homeopaths and lecturers.
After graduating I completed a further 2 years at the Alchemic Healing Arts Academy (AHAA), led by Helen Johnson.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

I qualified in 2019 from the College of CranioSacral Therapy (CCST), Europe's most established CST college.
I am trained in both biodynamic and biomechanic CST approaches.
I completed further training to work remotely. CST is just as effective remotely and in some case more beneficial. This also means I can easily work with clients in different countries.
Advanced training completed in treating trauma.

Spiritual Counselling Diploma

I completed my training at the London School of Intuition and Healing in 2021.
I learnt invaluable counselling skills in this programme which assist with practicing homeopathy and CranioSacral Therapy.
