How do I take homeopathy?​
​Take 1 pill or 7 drops directly in the mouth. When taking pills try to only take one out of the packet or tip a pill into the bottle lid. The healing properties are contained on the outside of the pills and energy transfer occurs with touch; if you tip all the pills into your hand and take one, you may not subsequently receive the medicine from the remaining pills. Days when you are taking more than one remedy, please leave 10 minutes in between. Homeopathy can be taken alongside any other medication and supplements.
